The terms

Twelve clauses. Nothing is hidden in an annex, because there is no annex.

   Who you are agreeing with

   GioModel is operated personally by Giovanni Alexander in Canada. There is no company, no fund, no registered advisory entity and no regulatory licence behind it. It is one person publishing research. Using this site means you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.

   Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement where you live. You are responsible for checking that reading and paying for this research is lawful in your jurisdiction. GioModel does not verify your location, your investor status, or your suitability for anything.

   Your account

   A GioModel account is a username and a password, nothing else — no email address is collected at registration. Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including anything done by someone you shared the password with. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, email the owner and change the password.

   Acceptable use

   Read the research, check it, and disagree with it as much as you like. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or subscription checks; do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others; do not resell, syndicate or redistribute paid forecast ranges; and do not present GioModel output as your own advice to other people. Automated access beyond ordinary reading needs written permission first.

   Subscriptions and billing

   There is a genuinely free tier that requires no payment. Two paid plans exist: Forecasts at $19 per month and Portfolio at $49 per month. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel them. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach GioModel servers. Full billing mechanics, including cancellation and refunds, are set out on the billing page.

6. 06
   Price changes

   Prices can change. A change is announced on the site before it applies to any renewal, and your existing subscription keeps its current price until that announced date. If a new price does not suit you, cancel before the renewal it applies to. No price change is applied retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

   Intellectual property in the research

   The models, text, charts, workbooks, source ledgers and audit artifacts on this site are the work of Giovanni Alexander and remain his. Your subscription buys you personal access, including the right to act on the research in your own account. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pages, mirror the site, resell the numbers, or feed the paid ranges into a product you distribute to others.

   No advice, and no warranty

   GioModel publishes research and education. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, not personalised to you, and it creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. The site is provided as it is. No promise is made that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, and market data supplied by third parties may be delayed or wrong. The research disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

   Limitation of liability

   To the fullest extent the law allows, Giovanni Alexander is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed gains, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid GioModel in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

10. 10
    Termination

    You can stop at any time: cancel billing through the Stripe portal, or email the owner and ask for the account to be deleted. The owner may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or attacks the infrastructure. If an account is closed by the owner without the member having broken these terms, the unused part of the paid period is refunded.

11. 11
    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Giovanni Alexander resides, and disputes are to be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. If a consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away, this clause does not take them from you.

12. 12
    Changes to these terms

    These terms will change as the site changes. The last-updated date at the top of this page moves whenever they do, and a material change is posted on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use GioModel after a change means you accept it; if you do not, cancel and stop using the site.
