GioModel is operated personally by Giovanni Alexander, based in Canada. There is no support team standing behind it, which is why there is a single address rather than five that route to the same inbox. Everything below arrives in it. Last updated: 7 August 2026.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers or account credentials in an email — they are never needed and nobody here will ask for them.
What to write about
All four go to the same address. Saying which one you are writing about in the subject line makes the reply faster.
- 01Support and questions about the research
Something is unclear, a number looks wrong, a page will not load, or you want to know how a gate was computed. Include the model or page you are looking at. Corrections are welcome — if a published figure is wrong it gets fixed and the correction is recorded rather than quietly overwritten.
- 02Billing questions
Cancelling does not need an email — do it yourself from the Manage billing button in the Portfolio account panel, which opens the Stripe portal. Write instead if you were charged in error, charged twice, charged after cancelling, or cannot reach the portal. Include your username; never send card numbers.
- 03Data access, export and deletion
Ask for a copy of what is held about your account, for a correction, or for the account to be deleted outright. Deletion removes the account and everything keyed to it — positions, scenarios, value history, sessions and the Stripe customer link. Send the request from a message that identifies your username, and cancel any active subscription first or ask for both in the same email.
- 04Security reports
If you find a vulnerability, report it here first and give a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not test against other people's accounts, do not run destructive tests, and do not access data that is not yours.

- Tell you what to buy or sell, or whether a position suits you
- Act as your adviser — he is not licensed and no email creates that relationship
- Place a trade, hold assets, or manage money on your behalf
Questions about the research get answered; requests for a recommendation do not. GioModel publishes research and education, not investment advice, and emailing the owner does not change that or create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. He will happily explain how a range was produced or which gate a model failed. He will not tell you what to hold, at what size, or when to sell.
